FAQ'S

SHIPPING & HANDLING

All LYLA&BO pieces are shipped as general or express delivery via Australia Post. International deliveries are shipped via DHL unless specified otherwise. Domestic & international orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped within 3 business days of purchase. All customers will receive confirmation of shipment via email. LYLA&BO has no control over Australia Post or DHL shipping times once the item has left the H/O. Delays may occur around holiday times, please refer to your tracking information for details. 

Please Note: Some items may be available only as a pre-order item. This will be clearly noted in the 'Product Details' section of the item. Pre-orders may take up to 2 weeks to ship.

  

SHIPPING RATES 

Please use the online shipping calculator for accurate shipping rates for your country. Prices may vary due to parcel weight, shipping method & if multiple items are purchased within the same order.

For international orders placed with DHL please use the below link for all tracking queries. DHL will hand the parcel over to your local post office within the destination country for delivery. You may also contact them directly for tracking & delivery enquiries.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you change your mind for any reason on full priced items purchased, you are more than welcome to return your item(s) for a store credit. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or items purchased during a promotional period. If you believe your item to be faulty in any way, we are more than happy to offer a store credit or replacement. A return request form will be sent back to you if your order is eligible for return. This form must be included within the return parcel. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay all return shipping and freight costs associated. Please ensure all returns are sent with a valid tracking number as proof of postage. Returns requests must be emailed within 48 hours of receiving your order. All of our items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping to ensure you only receive the highest quality of products. All returns and exchange enquiries must be submitted via email to info@lylandbo.com 

 We will only accept returns on full priced goods in the following circumstances: 

  • Email contact has been made within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • The goods are received by us within 7 days (14 days for international orders) from the date the goods were received by you according to your tracking information 
  • The original tags have not been removed
  • The goods have not been worn, used, washed, soiled or damaged
  • Please be aware that we do not accept returns on sale or clearance items

 

PREORDER ITEMS

At LYLA&BO we offer preorders on our most popular items to allow our customers to secure their purchase before the inventory arrives. The approximate time frame until dispatch will be noted clearly in the product details of the item online. Although we try to estimate this time as accurately as possible, inventory delivery times may vary due to unforeseen factors. All preorders will be dispatched with priority the same day as the stock is received.

Please note: International parcels that contain a preorder item will not be shipped until the order is complete & ready to be dispatched in full.
